Exercise

Do you feel tired, sluggish; all your "get-up-and-go" is gone? Well try exercising! I know you don't feel like it; however, once you start you will become energized. If you are grossly overweight, start out with a slow walk for at least 10 minutes each day, and then gradually increase that to 30 minutes a day. Try three 10-minutes sessions a day if you can't do 30 minutes at one time. Also, in order to lose weight and maintain your weight loss, it is necessary to exercise at least five days per week. You can do it! It is time to get healthy! Our bodies were designed for motion. Our joints are movable so let's get off the couch and move! Take charge and get healthy! Besides, the clothes and the prices are better in the smaller sizes! Trust me: At one time my wardrobe was all about tee's and hats..
